Eddie B Concert

So today is FRIDAY.
It is our CELEBRATE RECOVERY night!
I LOVE FRIDAYS!
We went to dinner at church around 5pm
then the Eddie B concert was at 6ish.
It was a great worship.
VERY powerful!
Eddie B's Testimony was wonderful and I have to say this man LOVES the Lord.
I love to meet/see people who absolutely Love the Lord and is not afraid to
show it.
His music was touching!
Gave me Gooose bumps.~~~~

It has been a while!

Well it has been about 6 months since I have blogged!
Ya...that is a while...
So I committing to start out at least 2 times a week in Blogging.
I have been doing a lot and a lot of Crafting I have been doing!

Christmas 2010

So we decided to go to Newberg and Mcminnville, Oregon for Christmas. This is where my Husbands family is. He has a Brother, sister-in-law, an aunt and uncle with a few cousins and a grandma that lives there. I absolutely adore his family! They are so close nit and loving! I LOVE IT!

We stayed at his cousins' Gadriela and her boyfriend Seth's house. I admire Gad and her artistic abilities. She has inspired me to get a move on sewing! (yet I have made myself do it yet) I still need a sewing machine though. So when I get one....
BAM I am gonna bust out!
I also liked her boyfriend Seth. He is a interesting person, then again, who isn't if you teach philosophy for a living!
They had an amazing library of books. (I want a library)
There is much more to say, but I will continue for now.
My husband Josh's aunt is Way awesome. Her name is Christina, but people call her Tina. I love her, she is such a cool aunt. She is soo loving and the kinda aunt anyone would want, at least thats how I feel.
We also got to see his Brother Luke and his wife Sarah, along with their three kids; Trinity, Miah and Keira. All so adorable and cute!
I really like and LOVE the Man I married to have such a wonderful family I can be a part of.
Christmas morning we spent at Gad and Seth's house.
Santa came bearing some cool gifts in the stockings!!!
Santa got Noel at Toy Train (A REAL TOY TRAIN!) one he has been wanting for 2 years even saving his money for this. But Santa was pretty generous this year!

Over all it was a pretty good Christmas!

5 Days Left

So we are now down to 5 DAYS left to our little baby gets here. I know that the anticipation has been quit strong, especially for Joshua. As I think about it, I will miss this little one moving inside me from side to side. Count down is almost coming to an end. My Mother in Law (Joshua's Mother Vivienne) Will be here Thursday the 11th of November! I am pretty excited that she is going to be here with us and helping. I know that it would be a little nice if she could stay a little more than just 3 days :(. But I know that Joshua will do a good job of taking care of all of us. I love that he is such a good man and a man who is learning to be more Christlike. I love his thirst for more knowledge to do good and to learn more and more of what life and the Lord has to offer.

10 Days Left

O MY. O So Close! Yay I am getting excited. Kids are getting excited. Husband is getting excited. Anxiously waiting to meet him or her. I have to say that this has been the best pregnancy I have had out of all of them. Though I had my days where I felt like it was really tough, like in the beginning with morning sickness all day every day for a month!! I have gained weight evenly. only 20 lbs!!! Feel healthier and more energetic. Now that the days are closer, sleeping is getting tougher and getting up is tougher in the morning.

19 Days to go!

Today I am 37w2d!!!! We are getting more anxious, I mean who wouldn't be at this time. I mean it is so close!

Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

This passage has helped me and will continue to be on my mind all the time. Though I still struggle on a day to day basis with my conscious contact with the Lord. I know I shouldn't but I am still working towards having my complete relationship with the Lord and relying on the Lord to get me through everything.

I know that nothing good lives in me that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. (Romans 7:18)

I am working here and there in my recovery from self denial, co-dependency, anger, anxiety and many other things I go through in my day to day life.

I am so blessed that the Lord our God has chosen me to be a parent again and to take care of yet another one of his children!

24 Days to go!

Woo hoo. 2 dozen days to go! 11 More days till Halloween too! At least that is what my son says! baby and Halloween coming soo soon! It is always nice to look forward to something coming. I do have some little anxiety. Like if I am going to be able to handle what comes next. I know that no matter what, the Lord will take care of us. Well I will make it short, I have more later! wow.. 24 days to go!

Our Pumpkin Patch TRIPS

So. I love Fall time. I love the crisp air, the changing of leaves. Leaves everywhere in the streets while walking! I love pumpkins. I love baking and making Halloween items. I love to make the children's costumes! Today we made Halloween cutouts for the windows! SOOO MUCH FUN! Here is a few pictures from our trip to the "Botanical Gardens Harvest Festival" and "FarWest nursery Harvest Festival" Can you say..I love Harvest Festivals.
Well so do the kids!

27 Days to go! Seriously!!

So WOW. I am 36weeks and 1 day right now! only just a few more weeks to go! I got more things for the baby room. It is really coming a long. The Lord has blessed us with things for this baby. In more ways than one! My appetite has been a little stronger. Emotions...eh... :) All in all its a pretty good pregnancy. Now as for work. Ugh I wan't to be done already!

29ish days left!

So its been a day! Came home from work and fell asleep on the couch. Litterally could not get up for the life of me to make dinner for the kids! This has been the most tired I have been in my whole pregnancy. I eventually got up after an hour nap! I had to put all the food away, cause earlier we were getting a temp fridge cause the current one needs maintenance and Joshua had to remove all the food from the old one, then he goes to class tonight and I have to put all the food back. Which I don't mind too much cause I already know it was hard enough work for him to take it all out and put in coolers till the other fridge got here.

I had to beg for strength to put it all away and figure out what to make for dinner. I love to make dinner...
but today was not that day :(
So I asked my son Noel "Would you like waffles for dinner?"
YAAAAAAAAAAAA--was his remark of course!
so ya, I made waffles for dinner! how about that.
This is not a regular thing, so you could imagine the kids excitement for waffles for dinner.
So eventually I got all the food put up and some cleaning done and made the kids and I strawberry banana shakes!
Tomorrow is Friday! yes I am very pleased with this, though I have to be at work earlier than usual (7:00am) opposed to my usual 8am. --behind on some work
I can't believe how far we are already in this pregnancy.
seriously...were almost done!!!???
But I will be happy the moment I am able to sleep on my stomach again!!!

30 days left...

So we have about 30 days left till our little one gets here! I am having thoughts and dreams that we are going to have a Boy! All I hope for is that this little one is going to be healthy and HAPPY!
